Delivery & Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine any applicable fees before placing your order.

Once your order is placed, we aim to process it as quickly as possible.

Please note the following:

• Orders placed Monday to Friday are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

• Estimated shipping time after dispatch:
8–13 business days.

While shipping is free, import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery, depending on your order value and current customs regulations.
We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine any applicable fees before placing your order.

Please note the following:

• Orders over $800 USD may be subject to import duties and taxes

• As of February 4th, 2025, any orders containing items imported from or manufactured in China are subject to additional duties.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor your delivery anytime through our Track & Trace page.

Sometimes your order may arrive in multiple shipments to ensure faster delivery. This is common with larger orders and depends on item availability and logistics.

If something seems missing or you’re unsure about your order status, don’t hesitate to contact us.

If you've received a message from your local courier, it may be regarding customs duties or import taxes on your order. These charges are sometimes required before your package can be delivered.

The courier will typically contact you directly to arrange payment and ensure smooth delivery. If you're unsure whether the message is legitimate, don’t hesitate to contact us for support.

Returns & Refunds

You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, don’t hesitate to contact us.

• Include all original order documentation inside the package

• Keep proof of shipment for your records

• A return fee of $15 will be deducted from your refund

Items must be unused and in sellable condition with all original tags attached. Please ensure the original product box is protected by outer packaging, as the box is considered part of the product. Damaged packaging may result in the return being declined.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of usage or are not in original condition. This policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

We operate a consolidated return service meaning that once your return tracking states 'delivered' to our hub this will be returned to our warehouse to commence the routine quality checks and exchange/refund processing. Kindly note that this process may take 10 business days. Once your refund has been issued, funds may take 3 to 5 business days to show in your account depending on your bank.

If your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. This allows us to open a claim with the courier and assist you as quickly as possible.

Please note that claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution. We will guide you through the next steps once your request has been reviewed.

Yes, you can return or exchange sale orders within 30 days of receiving it.

You can track your return using the tracking number provided on the label on 17TRACK.

Orders

You may request cancellation or amendments within one hour of placing your order by contacting us. After this brief window, changes cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, amendments are no longer possible, and you would need to follow our returns process for any changes.

Payments

We accept payments in USD.

Payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards, as well as popular online payment providers. If your payment is declined, this may be due to your bank’s security measures - please contact them directly.

Your payment currency is based on your current location and will automatically adjust to match it. This will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. If your local currency isn’t supported, your order will be charged in USD using our standard exchange rate.
